Joseph Milton Curtis, 79, of Gastonia, N.C., formerly of Fredericksburg, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at his home.

Survivors include his son, Joseph D. Curtis and wife Diane; daughters Teresa Valadez and Gracie Carol Seay; and numerous other children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, July 23, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 24, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at noon in Quantico National Cemetery.
