A North Stafford woman is facing a drug charge after authorities found 3 pounds of marijuana in her home.

After a tip, a special investigative unit executed a narcotics search warrant July 18 in the 200 block of Fallsway Lane, said Stafford County Sheriff's spokesman Bill Kennedy. They found 3 pounds of marijuana, he said.

Stephanie Patricia Engleman, 27, is charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. She was released on bond Thursday, Kennedy said.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service was notified because two members of the military also lived in the home, but they were not charged, Kennedy said.
