Where's Waldo? Has anyone seen Joe Biden lately? Seems he has disappeared.

We are in the middle of a presidential race, and the sitting vice president is nowhere to be found. Has the White House put a muzzle on him? I miss his off-script comments, which generally make no sense.

My own theory is that the Obama re-election group (read David Axelrod) has decided to throw him overboard in favor of Hillary to scramble for the women's vote. Joe can be secretary of state or something.
