Today's Technology for Baby Boomers and Beyond, for ages 45 and over, with classes on cellphones/smartphones, computers, GPS, email and more. Classes begin in September and run through November. Fees vary.

Senior ADF (Age Defying) Fitness, for ages 55 and over. $75.

Tabata Fitness Classes, for ages 16 and older, through Aug. 22 and Sept. 4-Oct. 11. $75-$85 or $10 per walk in.
