Tammy "Lil Bit" Klock Speck, 48, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at her home, surrounded by family and friends.
Tammy was known by many for her smile and taking her walks downtown. There weren't many in the city who didn't know her. Tammy adored many, especially the love and care that Micah Ministries had for her.
She is survived by a son, Justin, of White Bluff, Tenn., whom she loved with all her heart; her parents, Bud and Dianne Wittman; three sisters, Debby, Teresa and Lori; two brothers, Chip and Aaron; and many nieces, nephews and friends that she loved so much. She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Klock.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at the Fredericksburg City Dock followed by a gathering at Micah Ministries.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Micah Ministries, 1013 Princess Anne St., Fredericksburg, Va. 22401.
