Shelly Arlene Rigg Simmons, 52, of Swainsboro, Ga., died Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, at Emanuel County Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Simmons; son William (Rachel) Gallahan of Swainsboro; one brother and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at Kennedy-Morgan-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel, Metter, Ga. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, Lake Church Cemetery in Metter.
