Krauthammer's small in dismissing Michelle

Seeing conservative mouthpiece/water carrier Charles Krauthammer in print is as equally vile and repugnant as suffering through one of his various appearances on television. Whether venting his spleen or spewing his bile he displays nearly as much brass as Paul Ryan. His column on the first lady's DNC speech ["'He cares': Well, what else could Michelle say?" Sept. 9] is truly a seminar in cynicism. His arrogant dismissal of her stunning address is pathetic and small, but one should never expect anything more from blowhards such as Krauthammer. His statement that he "didn't believe a word of it," as if making some grand pronouncement from on high, simply illustrates the level of narcissism in his commentary.

H.L. Mencken said it best when he stated: "A cynic is a man who, when he smells flowers, looks around for a coffin." Keep looking, Charlie.
