Anthony Lee "Tony" Collins, 38, passed away Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital. He had been a resident of Golden Living.
Tony leaves behind brother Roscoe "Rocky" Collins; two sisters, Della Page and her fiance, Chris Jones, and Donna Brock and husband Brad; numerous nieces and nephews; and an extended family that loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Virginia Collins, and brother Christian "Sonny" Gorman.
Tony was a kind and gentle man who gave from his heart in spite of his challenges. He loved football, drawing and helping others in any way he could. He now rests in peace to fly with the eagles, no longer enduring pain and is with a family who have gone ahead to greet him.
A private gathering to celebrate his life will be planned at a later date.
