Joseph Louis Princi, 73, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, July, 27, 2012.
Mr. Princi was born in Calabria, Italy, in 1939. He lived in Montreal, Canada; Yonkers and Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; and Daytona Beach, Fla.
He was a chef and restaurateur for more than 30 years. His restaurants included Antonio's and Italian Cantina in Stafford County. His food and hospitality made people smile and created lasting friendships.
He is survived by his devoted daughters, Michelle Kato of San Clemente, Calif., and Maria Princi of Arlington; his loving sisters, Mary Monti, Linda Marullo and Margie Ravenda; and brother Angelo Princi.
He is buried at Mount Royal Cemetery, Montreal, beside his wife, Evangeline Princi, who preceded him in death.
He will be dearly missed.
