Arthur L. Jackson

Arthur Lee Jackson, 85, of Lansdowne, and formerly of Morristown, N.J., died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012.

Arthur was the loving husband of Mildred H. Jackson and father of Denise E. Jackson of Ashburn. He is also survived by three brothers, Ross Jackson, Willie Jackson and Dillard Jackson and four sisters, June Slaughter, Dianne Jackson, Delores Hawkins and Joan (Angela) Touissaint.

A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 1, at First Baptist Church, 9262 Guinea Station Road, Woodford, with Dr. Carl Bentley officiating. There will be a second viewing from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Interment will be in Guss Family Cemetery.
