On Sept. 21, King George sports fans were treated to their first athletic event in the new high school stadium. This beautiful facility is the result of years of planning and community involvement.

One person, however, is deserving of a true "thank you": Our athletic director, Alex Fisher. Alex's efforts to make the opening night deadline deserve recognition from all who follow King George High School sports.
