Edna Lucas, 80, of Laurel, Md., formerly of King George County died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012.

She is survived by four sons, Slyvester H. Lucas of Laurel, William E. Lucas of Providence, R.I., John L. Lucas of Colonial Beach and Mark E. Lucas of Washington, D.C.; and one sister, Elizabeth Peyton of King George.

Remains can be viewed from noon to 4 p.m. Friday at Cedell Brooks Funeral Home, Port Royal, and from 9 to 11 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church, King George.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the church, with the Rev. Robert Williams Jr. officiating.
