Hypocrisy evident in religious affronts

President Obama's administration spent $70,000 for an ad featuring the president and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Pakistani television apologizing for a movie trailer that offends Muslims.

In late September, a filthy so-called "art" exhibit in New York displayed a crucifix in a jar of the artist's urine and there was not one word from President Obama or his administration apologizing for its offensiveness to Christians.

What a clear case of hypocrisy--a double standard, at best. What would happen if the Quran was placed in a container of urine and displayed as art? Would there be an outcry from the president? Of course there would be.

But if it offends only Christians, nothing will be said or done. Welcome to the new America.
