I could not believe the front-page headline on Oct. 14: "Fair went well, despite problems."

This article should not have been placed on the front page. A state police trooper was killed during the fair. How do you think his family felt seeing this?

We all need to show a little respect, and put human life above money. We all want to know what is going on, here and around the world, but The Free Lance-Star made a large error in judgment.
