My 9-year-old grandson said to his mother, "I've decided what I want to be for Halloween. I want to dress as the national debt; that ought to spook everybody."
If a child sees the national debt as a frightening monster, why don't the officials in Washington share the same perspective?
President Obama, stop the excessive spending, balance the budget, and save the country for my grandchildren.
