Come election time, why do we have to endure all the ads on the airwaves?
We hear politicians regardless of what national office they are seeking saying, "I will do this or I will do that." Problem is, our government is so partisan that many of the ideas in the ads can't or won't happen if the politicians in Washington won't reach across the aisle and come to some agreement.
People are not blind and deaf. We have heard plenty of ideas that could help the economy, but there is no compromising being done. The parties cannot even agree amongst themselves.
I for one would like to see a majority of our politicians replaced with people who know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck.
