Joseph Harley Shaffer, 30, of Spotsylvania County died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012.
He enjoyed working on his cars and electronics. He lived life to the fullest and had a great sense of humor.
Survivors include his parents, Gerald E. Shaffer and Dana Beatley, both of Spotsylvania; his sister, Angela Shaffer of Spotsylvania; his grandmother, Clarice Williams of Spotsylvania; and his nephew, Trevor Shaffer. He is also survived by many close friends.
