Roy Lee Park, 43, of Fredericksburg passed away as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Park of Fredericksburg; his mother, Barbara Jean Park of Locust Grove; sister Diane McCauley and husband James of Locust Grove; brother David Park of Fauquier; three children, Samantha Park Mccauley, Andrew Park Thorpe and Christopher Park Thorpe; four stepchildren, Sherry Jackling, Lesley Ferland and Steven and Brian Poston, all of North Carolina; and eight grandchildren, also of North Carolina. He was predeceased by his father, Henry Thomas Park.

There will be a small service for family and friends at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Craig Baptist Church in Spotsylvania. Burial will be private.
