Ruby F. Carter
Ruby Florie Carter, 69, of Woodford passed away at her residence on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.
She is survived by two sons, James Carter and Allen Carter, both of Woodford; daughter-in-law Brandy Carter; one brother; and one sister.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, in Oak Hill Cemetery.
