I would like to comment on the horrible paving job recently done on Harrison Road between Salem Church and Piedmont Drive. It is so sloppy, and I can already tell where it will deteriorate in no time and leave potholes to deal with in the very near future.

Does no one supervise these jobs--and is the contract low-balled to save taxpayer dollars? We have to drive this section every day, and with its proximity to the dump, that section gets a lot of use.

Couldn't the county have expected a better job?
