Right on, Froma Harrop ["Republicans need to take their party back," Nov. 11].

I am an 82-year-old lady who used to be a Republican. Some years ago the Republican Party seemed to be leaving me, so I became an Independent. I have encountered quite a few voters who feel there has to be a change in our current Republican platform.

Froma, you said it all for me.
