Mia S. McManus, 17, of Ruther Glen died Thursday Jan. 3, 2013, at VCU Medical Center in Richmond.
An 11th-grade student in Caroline County, she was her parents' little angel.
Survivors include her parents, Debbie and Boyce McManus; two sisters, Melissa and Tiffany McManus; one brother, Brandon McManus; her maternal grandmother, Martha Conner; her paternal grandparents, Agnes and Ron Hill; two nephews, Evan Carneal and B.J. Stroman; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her boyfriend, Robert Kahley and his mother, Patricia Kahley.
She was preceded in death by her two grandfathers, Roller Conner and Boyce McManus Sr.
A funeral will be held at noon Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Storke Funeral Home Chapel, Bowling Green, with burial to follow in Lakewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.
