Mr. and Mrs. G. William Beale of Bowling Green are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rita Frances, to Stephen Blake Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen R. Williams of Tappahannock.

Miss Beale is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and is employed with Union First Market Bank. Mr. Williams is a graduate of Bluefield College and is employed with the Stafford County Fire and Rescue Department.

A July 2013 wedding is planned at Keswick Vineyards.
