Martin "Buddy" Fox, 82, of Colonial Beach passed away Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at home.
Buddy was the director of maintenance with the city of Alexandria. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion, both in Colonial Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Jean V. Fox; a daughter, Bonny Fox Bruno and her husband, Frank, of Alexandria; son Thomas E. Fox of Colonial Beach; a sister, Margaret Bowen of Colonial Beach; and a grandchild.
Buddy was preceded in death by son Martin Jay Fox.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, Colonial Beach.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in National Memorial Park, Falls Church.
