Lillie Corbin Chandler, 83, of Richmond, formerly of Essex County, departed this life Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Memorial Regional Hospital in Mechanicsville.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock, where a funeral will be held at noon Monday, Jan. 28. Interment will be private.
