Mark A. Finney, 36, of Caroline County passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at his home.

Mark was a loving son, father and friend. He is survived by his father, Tony Finney; mother Wanda Folsom; stepfather Ray Folsom; stepmother Linda Manies; brother Joey P. Finney; half sisters April Finney, Toni R. Finney and Crystal Folsom; half brother T.J. Folsom; stepbrother Bruce Manies; stepsister Alisha Manies; children Mark Finney Jr., Ashley Brooks, Brandon Brooks, William Knotts and Nicholas Shadwick; grandfather James Loving; uncles Larry Finney, Victor Finney and Joey Finney; aunts Sissy Hall, Donna Finney, Patsy Loving, Cathy Elkins and Barbara Loving; great-uncle Sherman "Chink" Brooks; numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends; and girlfriend Angela Golmon.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at Bethel Christian Church on Route 208 in Brokenburg. Pallbearers will be Larry, Victor and Joey Finney, Frank Cauthorne, Brian Kovach and Wayne Hall.
