Police say this video shows a 50-year-old Stafford woman standing in line at the 7 Eleven near the intersection of Augustine Avenue and U.S. 1, when a man grabs her wallet and flees from the scene. The incident occurred about 12:25 Monday morning. The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, wearing tan pants and a green shirt. He also wore a stocking cap with bushy hair underneath.
