Directions: From Richmond, I-95 north to exit 104, east on Route 207 approximately 11 miles. Turn left into Bowling Green. At light, turn left on Route 2 (Fredericksburg Turnpike). Go 1 mile to Route 631 (Farmer Drive) and turn left. Farm is 4/10 mile on left. From Fredericksburg, I-95 south to exit 126 (Spotsylvania). Go to light and turn right. At third light, turn left on Route 17 east. Go 6 miles to Route 2 (Fredericksburg Turnpike), turn right and go 12 miles to Route 631 (Farmer Drive) on right. Go 1 mile to farm on right.

Products: Good supply of choose-and-cut white and Scotch pine from 1-8 ft. and a limited supply of Norway spruce from 1-24 ft. Native cedars from 1-20 ft. Services: Pick and choose your own LIVE tree. We cut and help load with free baling and twine provided, if requested. Saws available, if needed. Our trees are close to parking area. We will even help you haul it out of the field and tie it on your car. Hayrides on weekends, weather permitting. Nature trails and picnic tables along Thornton River. Try our hot cider or coffee at the food stand run by the local civic organizations. We now are accepting credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Christmas Shop is open daily with various tree accessories (stands, waterers, handmade ornaments, etc.).

Our greenhouse is full of gift items made here at the farm, including hand-woven runners and other items, hand-hooked rugs, beeswax candles and ornaments, homemade jams, catnip bags and a variety of Christmas decorations. Services: This is a family farm, involving grandparents, children and grandchildren. We try to make every visit special, especially for kids. We have bunnies to hold, chickens to visit and a nature path to stroll through the woods. Free local cider and homemade cookies and a warm fire in the wood stove will help to make your visit a pleasure. We provide saws and offer free tree bundling and tying on.

Products: In addition to our regular offering of milk from Trickling Springs Creamery, Roseda Beef, Papa Weaver Sausage, and our own free-range eggs, this holiday season our farm market will be brimming with all things Christmas! We will have Christmas trees, Christmas gifts and goodies to share, poinsettias, hand-picked and customfilled Christmas gift baskets, and holiday decorations. Fresh wreaths and roping are made daily from greenery on our farm. Special orders are available upon request. Two different kinds of Christmas trees will be arriving straight from our cousins at Willow Springs Tree Farm in Christiansburg, VA. We will have fresh-cut Fraser firs, 5-12 ft. and white pines, 6-7 ft. This year, we will also be featuring a variety of live trees in the 4-6 ft. range. These live trees are known as balled and burlapped trees. In balled and burlapped, we will have Colorado blue spruce, Concolor fir, Fraser fir, and Norway spruce (all available as live trees). Some produce will be available as well, depending upon the weather. We hope to have butternut squash, acorn squash, fresh lettuce, Mesclun mix and broccoli for your holiday feast.
Services: We provide a fresh cut on the base of our trees (upon request), as well as limbing, loading assistance, and Southern hospitality, all free of charge.
