Hotel project just recently received financing.
The University of Mary Washington recently released the map below indicating the site of a planned hotel and connector road within Eagle Village.
The hotel will rest just to the north of the Giant Food store, and connector road will join the shopping complex with the Mary Washington Hospital campus.
The hotel just received financing from Cardinal Bank, Bill Freehling reported here.
