Tasty pumpkin pie |
| Ingredients: |
- 1.5 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.25 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1.5 cups scalded 2 percent milk (milk type flexible)

| Procedure: |
| Mix pumpkin, sugar, egg yolks, salt, cornstartch and spice. Gradually add scalded milk and mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into an unbaked crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 additional minutes. |
