| Ingredients: |
- Fresh ice
- 1 tbsp softened lemon sorbet
- 1/2 oz citrus vodka (optional)
- 4 oz rose Champagne or dry sparkling rose
- 2 to 3 raspberries for garnish

| Procedure: |
| In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, sorbet and vodka if using. Shake vigorously. Add Champagne or ros?; stir gently. Strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with raspberries. |
