Wicked Walk in the Woods OPENS This Weekend Oct 23rd! Please come out and support Bowling Green VFD as we will host a haunted trail fundraiser. Checkout www.BGVFD.com for any other updates. | | | | By BG BOO Crew | | October 18, 2009 | | | The Wicked Walk in the Woods starts Oct 23rd. It will run the 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th, and 31st of October. Tickets will be sold in advance or at the gate at $10.00 a piece. Eight and under will be FREE. The trail begins at 7:30 p.m. By 6 p.m., Hot dogs, and Chili will also be available at the concession trailer along with drinks and other treats.
There will be a rock climbing wall, hay maze, a FREE No BOO trail, and other events, so come early to take advantage of the daylight. Once the sun goes down the freaks will be lurking in and out of the woods.
On the trail you will be deep in the woods so don't wear anything too nice.
Location: 16064 Rixey Rd. Woodford, VA 22580
Exit 104 off I-95 east to Bowling Green, Once in town follow the signs, North on Rt 2 1 mile from Stoplight, then left on Farmer Dr. next Left on Rixey Rd. or
South on Rt 2, 13 miles from Newpost, Right on Farmer Dr then Next right on Rixey Rd.
Once you arrive park in the hay field, next head towards the Haunted House to purchase tickets
