All entries should include a brief letter or introduction explaining what makes your band stand out from the pack. Contact information (phone and e-mail) is also a must.
***NOTE NEW DEADLINES***Deadline for submissions is Friday, Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. Showcase concert to be held in January or February on a Saturday night to be determined.
Finalists to perform in the showcase will be determined by the it! staff. Bands of all genres are welcome to submit entries.
Showcase performances will be recorded and posted on the it! Web site. The winner will be decided by online voting.
Other Stuff
Contestants must be a legitimate performance group with all or a majority of members currently attending high school in Fredericksburg or the surrounding counties (Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline, Westmoreland, Louisa, Culpeper or Orange).
No obscene lyrics, subject matter or performances will be accepted.
Organizers reserve the right to change rules at any time.
