The University of Mary Washington Center for Economic Development will host a seminar on federal contracting 101 from 9–11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, at UMW’s Small Business Development Center, 1125 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg.

Stacey Coolican, a Procurement Technical Assistance Program procurement counselor, will cover the essentials of starting and growing a government contracting business, and developing a strategy for business development with government agencies and prime contractors.
