The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce has selected the 2019 class in its Leadership Fredericksburg program, which will run from September through May 2019.
Sessions occur throughout the region and include leadership skills development and meetings with various industry and community leaders. Each Fellow also will be paired with a trained mentor from the business community who will support his or her progress through the program.
The participants will divide into teams to partner with an area organization on an Action Learning Project. Each team will present “deliverables”—concrete results—a week prior to their final class.
The Chamber is partnering with David Corderman with Academy Leadership Associates and J.R. Flatter with Flatter, Inc. to plan and implement the program. Mary Washington Healthcare is the 2019 Title Sponsor.
