Trustee's Sale 138 Courthouse Road Stafford, Virginia 22554 (Parcel ID: 28 121A) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated November 21, 2016, in the original principal amount of $313,555.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Stafford, Virginia in Instrument No. LR160022932, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on June 24, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in front of the building housing the Stafford County Circuit Court, at the main entrance of the Judicial Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22555, the property designated as Lot "A", containing 2.000 ac. ±, shown on plat of survey made by Rush W.
