Photo: Lee's Hill Community Association event raises funds for Fairy Godmother Project

Lee’s Hill Community Association held a silent auction Dec. 5 to benefit the Fredericksburg Fairy Godmother Project. As a result, the LHCA donated $1,200 to the project, which assists families whose children are undergoing treatments for pediatric cancer. Vendors who donated to the silent auction included Laura Shiveley of Mary Kay cosmetics, Dena Cooke of Rodan&Fields Skincare, Bonnie Weber of Beach Body Healthcare Products, Betty Messink of B&B Crafts, Carla Holladay of Miche bags, Mike Fleckenstein photography, Joe Richardelli of Turnberry Woodworking, Vicki Crowder Jewelry, Lori Vaughan of Ask Dr. Caryn & Associates and Firebird Grill. Other contributors were Cardinal Management Group, Lee’s Hill Golf Course, Liberty Lanes Bowling and Comedy Center; Whiteford, Taylor & Preston; Shenandoah Landscape; Santa Steve; and Bubbles the Clown.
