How Our Office Is Working Diligently To Protect Patients & Staff
By now, news of the coronavirus is well known to everyone. Belmont Plastic Surgery has been following this closely and is well prepared. The safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. Our staff are professionally trained in the latest sterilization techniques and exceed professional standards. Out of an abundance of caution, we are raising our standards even higher.
During these challenging times, we plan on remaining open and available to serve our community. In order to continue providing a safe environment, we are asking for your help with the following:
Please practice everyday preventive behaviors:
•Stay home when sick
•Cover coughs and sneezes
•Frequently wash hands with soap and warm water
•Clean frequently touched surfaces
As a preventative measure, we are having our patients call from the safety of their vehicles when they arrive. Once our staff have an examination room available, we will call and let you know the examination room to report to. All patients will be escorted out of the building via separate entrance . Please call to make a follow up appointment .
If you have traveled internationally in the weeks prior to your office visit, are not feeling well, or exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms, please notify our office at 540-891-0040 and a member of our staff will gladly reschedule your appointment. If you are well, rest assured, all precautions have been taken to ensure our office is one of the safest places you will visit.

Dr. Feledy is an award-winning, board certified plastic surgeon who trained extensively at the famed Michael DeBakey Department of Surgery and at MD Anderson Cancer Center before settling with his family in the Washington DC metropolitan area. He founded Belmont Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. The practice integrates both medical and aesthetic services to offer each patient comprehensive care in the areas of breast surgery, body contouring, post-bariatric reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, and reconstructive post-ablative cancer surgery, especially for breast cancer, melanoma, and skin cancer.
Balvant P. Arora, MD, MBA
Dr. Balvant P. Arora passed M.S. (General Surgery) in 1988 and M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery) in 1991 from M. S. University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. He then did private practice in Anand, Gujarat for 15 months and then relocated to USA in September, 1992. He obtained ECFMG certification in 1994 and did general surgery residency from 1995-1998 at Stony Brook University Hospital, Long Island, New York and plastic surgery residency from Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland, Oregon from 1998-2000.
This was followed by one year of fellowship in cosmetic surgery from Lenox Hill Hospital in 2001 and then joined Stony Brook University Hospital as Assistant Professor in the division of Plastic Surgery, where he was actively involved in research and teaching. He is also Board Certified by The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
In 2008, he relocated to Fredericksburg, Virginia and was employed by Mary Washington Healthcare and was at its affiliated Mary Washington and Stafford Hospital as staff Plastic Surgeon. He has held the position of Chief of Surgery and President of Medical Staff at Stafford Hospital. He also completed MBA in healthcare management in 2013 and was also awarded outstanding student award. He has done numerous presentations.
His area of expertise include Hair Transplantation and Restoration, Cosmetic Surgery procedures, nonsurgical Cosmetic Surgery procedures and Reconstructive surgery specifically breast reconstruction.
