Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:



  • 14100 block Cedar Plantation Road, breaking and entering, between Jan. 29, 3 p.m., and Jan. 30, 3 p.m., someone broke into the residence, upset rooms and broke into several safes containing six firearms and assorted jewelry. Value of the stolen property is $20,000. CFS 19-9198
  • 4500 block Leighann Lane, on Feb. 5, between 7:40 and 7:50 p.m., the victim parked a red 2012 Hyundai Elantra in front of a residence and left the vehicle running. When the victim went back for the vehicle, it was not there. It is valued at $8,000. CFS 19-10883
  • John L. Anderson Jr., Inc., 4616 Hood Drive, grand larceny from vehicle, between Jan. 30, 5:30 p.m., and Jan. 31, 7:15 a.m., unknown person(s) cut the locks to some vehicles and stole an assortment of tools and a well pump totaling $2,609. CFS 19-9107
  • 11500 block Christopher Court, grand larceny from vehicle, between Feb. 1, 10 p.m., and Feb. 2, 3 a.m., unknown person(s) went to the back yard and took 20 copper pipes valued at $1,000 and an assortment of plumbers tools from the unlocked truck valued at $1,000. CFS 19-9973
  • Kohl’s, 9683 Jefferson Davis Highway, petit larceny, on Jan. 31, between 9:16 and 9:32 a.m., a male was seen taking a JBL FliP4 wireless speaker valued at $99.99 and leaving the store without paying for it. He is described as Hispanic, early 20s, wearing black pants, black and yellow jacket, black beanie and white tennis shoes. He was last seen walking toward the Publix store. CFS 19-9163
  • Sheetz Stations, 2807 Lafayette Blvd., Petit larceny shoplift, on Feb. 2, between 1:23 and 1:27 a.m., a male took a 24-pack of Bud Light Beer valued at $20 and left the store without paying. He drove away in a black SUV, and he is described as being white, 6’, 200 lbs., and light brown hair. CFS 19-9402
  • 3500 block Lancaster Ring Road; petit larceny other, on Feb. 3, between 2:29 and 3:23 p.m., someone stole a package from the front porch of the residence. The content is valued at $20 CFS 19-10120
  • Jett Martial Arts, 7108 Salem Fields Blvd., vandalism, between Jan. 29, 8 p.m., and Jan. 30, 10:40 a.m., unknown person(s) broke the left door window of the 2008 red Honda Odyssey and the left door window of the white 2012 Ford van. Cost to replace each window is $250. CFS 19-8803
  • Primo Pizza, 7132 Salem Fields Blvd., vandalism, between Jan. 29, 10 p.m., and Jan 30, 10 a.m., someone damaged the glass doors of the upright, red and white, double soft drink cooler. Cost to repair it is $500. CFS 19-8825
  • 5300 block Rachels Court, vandalism, between Jan. 30, 9:30 p.m., and Jan. 31, 4:30 a.m., someone broke the left rear door glass of the four-door Mazda. Cost to replace it is $150. CFS 19-9080
  • 7900 block Cherry Tree Drive, on Feb. 5, vandalism, between 10:20 and 10:25 a.m., the victim was leaving the residence when three black males exited a vehicle and walked in front of the victim’s vehicle causing the victim to stop. They began kicking the vehicle, throwing rocks at the windshield and breaking it, and pulling the front bumper off. The damage is estimated at $1,000. CFS 19-10689
