LARCENY

  • Oak Drive, 02/04, 11:04 a.m. License plate reported stolen. A similar incident was reported by a nearby resident earlier that day. There are no suspects at this time.
  • Oak Drive, 02/04, 8:57 a.m. License plate reported stolen. There are no suspects at this time.
  • 1000 block of Ficklen Road, 02/04. License plate reported stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

ROBBERY



800 block of Bellows Avenue, 02/05, 1:05 a.m. Deputies responded to reports of a disturbance involving two male subjects and a female subject in front of a residence. Upon arrival, a female subject was located in a vehicle. The subject told deputies that she had been robbed at gunpoint. At approximately 11:00 p.m., the victim stopped at Mr. B’s located at 375 Warrenton Road and pulled into a parking spot directly in front of the convenience store. After she parked her vehicle, the male passenger of a white two-door vehicle next to hers got into her vehicle and lifted up his shirt to reveal a firearm. The suspect told her to follow his vehicle and she complied with his request. They drove around numerous back roads before stopping at an unknown location where the suspect took her wallet. The victim then contacted a family member and the Sheriff’s Office.

There are no suspects at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

  • Cynthias Place, 02/04, 3:37 p.m. Deputies responded to reports of a stolen vehicle. The victim told deputies that his vehicle that was kept at his friend’s house was stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

TRAFFIC OFFENSES

  • Warrenton Road and Hartwood Road, 02/04. Vehicle struck by a large truck while traveling on Warrenton Road. After striking the victim’s vehicle while making a U-turn, the truck continued traveling and did not stop. The incident caused damage to the driver’s side mirror of the victim’s vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
