DRUG OFFENSES

  • Burger King, 740 Warrenton Road, 02/11, 3:20 p.m. Traffic stop for expired tags led to the arrest of a wanted suspect. Robin Hilldrup, 52, of Fredericksburg was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants out of Spotsylvania County for drug-related charges. She was subsequently incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.


HIT AND RUN

  • 200 block of Morton Road, 02/11. Resident was asleep when she heard a loud noise outside. She looked out the window and saw a dark colored SUV near her neighbor’s driveway. She also found her mailbox lying in the front yard approximately 50 yards from its original location. The mailbox itself wasn’t damaged, but the wooden post was destroyed. There were also muddy tire tracks in a nearby ditch. Deputies canvassed the area, but were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.
  • England Run Library, 607 Lyons Boulevard, 02/11. Victim reported vehicle struck in the parking lot while she was inside the library. There are no suspects at this time.

LARCENY

  • Target, 25 South Gateway Drive, 02/11, 5:01 p.m. Loss prevention alerted deputies to a shoplifting incident at the store. Tiearka Spencer, 28, of Baltimore, MD was taken into custody and released on a summons for concealment of merchandise.
