  • Kohl’s, 1220 Stafford Market Place, 02/06, 7:04 p.m. Loss prevention employee reported observing a female subject stealing several clothing and jewelry items. The suspect was identified as Betty Rost, 65, of Stafford. She was served a releasable summons for concealment of merchandise.


Taco Bell, 255 Garrisonville Road, 02/07, 3:39 p.m. On this date, Deputy Reed responded to a reported unknown medical emergency in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant after a witness observed an unresponsive male subject in a vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputy found the unresponsive subject laying back in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle. The deputy administered Narcan to the subject, causing him to wake up. The subject appeared confused and the deputy noticed the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The subject’s eyes were bloodshot and glassy. The subject was identified as Jonathan Davis, 29, of Stafford and was transported to Stafford Hospital for evaluation. A search warrant for blood was executed. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving suspended.
