Laura Jane Griffin went to be with the Lord on May 2, 2020 at Bowling Green Nursing Home. She was born June 27, 1947 in Monroe North Carolina to the late Jessie and Minnie Griffin of Indian Trail North Carolina. Laura was preceded in death by four brothers, Jessie Jr., Donnie, Graylin, and Cecil Griffin, two sisters, Nancy Griffin and Judy Everhart. She is survived by her loving sister, Agnes Hill and brother-in-law Ronald Hill; devoted nephew Boyce McManus Jr. and his wife Debbie of Ruther Glen, Virginia and their children, Karen, Melissa, Brandon, and Tiffany; devoted niece Rose and her husband, Keenan and their children, Keenan L., Kenton, and Kristopher; niece-in-law, Tia; and great-nephews, Ky, Kaden and Kristian. "Mickey" Geri Reynolds, loving fiancée, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and avid Mickey Mouse lover, passed away peacefully at UVA hospital on May 6, 2020. Mickey was born on May 20, 1954 in Fredericksburg, Virginia to loving parents Shirley Ann Burruss and Herman Gilbert Allen Jr. She was the oldest of two children. Mickey loved her family, friends, any child that crossed her path as if they were her own blood. She was always the first on board to plan all family functions from Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas or any special occasions. She always loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She will truly be missed by all that knew her. Mickey was preceded in death by her parents Shirley Williamson and Herman Allen Jr; several aunts and uncles; soon to be step-son Chad Ingram; and soon to be in-laws Palmer and Jewel Ingram. She is survived by fiancée Larry Ingram; children Ronnie Baker Jr (Donna), Karen Baker, Ray Reynolds Jr (Amanda); soon to be step-son Shawn; sister Patsy Staples (Wayne); a niece and nephew; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. On Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 Edward (Eddie) LaBelle passed away unexpectedly at the age of 50. He was born in 1969 to Edward & Alberta LaBelle. As a child he enjoyed baseball and had the pleasure of attending the Little League World Series. He has 2 amazing children, Lauren & Kaleb, and a partner of 25 years, Stephanie. He had many passions including golf and spartan races, but what he loved most was spending time with his children. He was also a business owner and took great pride in his creations at work. Eddie was preceded in death by his father Edward H. LaBelle. He is survived by his partner Stephanie, 2 children Lauren(Michael), Kaleb, mother Alberta, sister Heather, sisters-in-law Tina & Jennifer, nephew Austin, niece Trinity, nephews Ryan & Nathan, niece Ava, and great nephew Colton. A service will be held at a future date when all family and friends can get together to celebrate his life.
