Gov. Northam’s comments on abortion are ‘scary’

What does it mean when Gov. Ralph Northam says, “The infant would be delivered and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother”?

Does it mean that they are all looking at a baby and deciding whether to kill it?

A pro-choice spokesperson was asked about what she thought about all of this and all she could say, over and over, was “my body, my choice.” Honestly, I wanted to have somebody turn her around to see if there was an on/off switch on her back.

The baby in question has a body, but apparently no choice.

In the dystopian book “The Giver,” they euthanize babies that aren’t quite up to snuff. Is that where we are headed?

This is a scary, scary slippery slope we are on.
