Mykai Smith tallied 27 points, six rebounds, five assists, and four steals for Caroline as the Cavaliers won the Southerner Classic tournament with a 78-77 victory over host Lee-Davis on Friday night.

Kaylen Taylor contributed 19 points and Jaylen Taylor put up eight points and six assists in the win.

The Cavaliers return to action on Jan. 8 in a home game against Chancellor.
